Tapas (Small Plates to be Shared)

Street Tacos
 Four street-sized tacos served on soft corn tortillas and open-faced with chopped cilantro, onions and salsa made with your choice of filling from below (max two).
Chicken adobo, Carnitas, Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Lengua (beef tongue), Suadero beef

Lettuce Wrap Tacos
Four tacos wrapped in Cross Valley Farms organic lettuce leaves and filled with your choice (max two) of either al pastor, savory chicken, shredded beef,  chile verde or chile Colorado or carnitas served with tomatillo salsa on side. Shrimp or Ahi Tuna available.

Flautas de Papa 
Crispy potato and chorizo flautas with crema fresca, queso fresco and tomatillo salsa.

Chiles Torreados 
Four jalapenos and four yellow wax peppers, marinated in a gluten-free soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and flash sautéed.

Quesadilla 
Two flour tortillas stuffed with melted cheese, pizza-cut with guacamole, sour cream.

Nachos 
Tortilla chips, refried beans, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Topped with guacamole and sour cream. Add chicken or beef.

Queso Fundido 
Molten cheese  with chorizo, served with Blue house-made tortilla chips.

Cross Valley Farms mixed greens, grilled chicken breast, quick pickled red onion in a cilantro lime dressing.

Seared sashimi- grade Ahi Tuna, cucumber, radishes and tomato with a  vinaigrette dressing.

Orozco Chopped Salad 
Romaine lettuce, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, apple, tomato, radishes, chipotle-ranch, Vinaigrette.

Side Salad 
Cross Valley Farms mixed greens, dressing choices;  ranch, blue cheese, Italian, chipotle ranch, cilantro lime.

Tostada—Flat corn shell or  Super Tostada Crisp Flour shell

Platos Chicos 
Single item plate served with rice and beans. Choice of enchilada, taco, burrito, chile relleno or tamal. Make it a combo plate by adding any additional item.

Arroz con Pollo 
Shredded chicken on a bed of rice, topped with our famous enchilada sauce and melted cheese. Served with a corn shell cup of refried beans. Served with corn or flour tortillas.

Mexi-California Roll 
Spinach herb tortilla stuffed with savory chicken, avocado, cheese and fresh jalapenos, lightly fried and served with lite chipotle ranch dressing and rice and beans.

Roasted Poblano Torta (Mexican Sandwich, grilled chicken or steak)
Roasted poblano pepper, jack cheese, cilantro lime aioli, lettuce, tomato, red onion and served with fries.

Fajitas 
Steak or chicken or combination of both prepared with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes in a sizzling skillet. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo and either corn or flour tortillas.

Grilled Chicken 
Served with house-made roasted corn, tomato and avocado salsa, cilantro-lime rice and black beans. Served with corn or flour tortillas.

Carne Asada 
Served with cilantro-lime rice and black beans and house-made roasted corn, tomato and avocado salsa with corn or flour tortillas.

Pollo Asado Verde 
Grilled chicken topped with house-made adobo verde sauce and mango pico. Served with corn or flour tortillas.

Chile Verde 
Cubed lean pork in a spicy green tomatillo / jalapeño sauce. With corn or flour tortillas.

Veggie Tacos 
Black beans, roasted corn and mixed veggies served with cabbage escabeche, salsa and sliced avocado.

NOT ground beef tacos 
Ground beef substitute made from mushrooms. Protein packed and delicious served with cabbage escabeche, salsa and sliced avocado.

Seared Ahi Tuna Tacos 
Sushi-grade seared ahi tuna, served with  cabbage escabeche , chile aioli and mango salsa.

Huachinango 
Pan-seared rockfish served with house-made roasted corn, tomato and avocado salsa, cilantro-lime rice and black beans.

Calamari tacos 
Lightly breaded calamari with cabbage escabeche, chile aioli and mango salsa.

Shrimp Tacos 
Seared  shrimp in a chili-sweet glaze served with cabbage escabeche, chile aioli and mango salsa.
